In accordance with the EU GDPR 2018 we need to inform you who we are, why we are collecting your personal information and the uses to which it will be put.

At Remarkable Difference ADHD Coaching your privacy is taken seriously and your personal information will only be used to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.
We collect your personal information because we need it to help us fulfil your requests, keep in touch with you, and offer you communications or services that are relevant to you.
We will keep records of any email communications in order to facilitate, personalise and improve our services to you.
We place an extremely high value on confidentiality and privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.
During coaching relationships.
We hold your right to privacy and confidentiality in extremely high regard, and this holds equally true for the coaching relationship, which is built on respect, honesty, confidentiality, integrity and trust.
Any personal details we collect from you will be stored securely and used solely to facilitate the coaching relationship.
Your name and email address/phone number will be stored securely in a contact management system to contact you in relation to appointment bookings, scheduling calls, and reminders.
We will keep records of any email or phone communications in order to facilitate, personalise and improve our services to you.
If you wish in future to have your details (other than those required to be kept by law) securely removed from our system after our coaching relationship has ended, then please contact us to do so.
Other uses
We will also keep a record of events you may have attended, and the products or services that you have requested or opted-in to receive.
When you choose to opt-in to one of our services such as a mailing list, or e-newsletter, you will always be able to unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe button at the bottom. We will ensure that any external mailing provider we use has a privacy policy which ensures they will not share your details with third parties.
Retention of Personal Information
How long personal information will be retained for depends on the type of information it is and what it is being used for. For example, if you ask us not to send you marketing emails, we will stop storing your emails for marketing purposes (although we will keep a record of your preference not to be emailed).
We will periodically review the information that we hold, and delete anything that is no longer required. We do not store payment card information.
Your rights
You have the right to a copy of the personal information held about you and to make a subject access request.
The accuracy of your personal information is important to us. You have the right to request that your personal information is rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
You also have the right to request that your personal information is deleted from our records. We may need to keep some of your personal information as required by law, as for example financial information.
We will endeavour to comply with any of the above requests by you without delay.
