I am currently fully booked for one to one coaching clients until October 2021 when I may have a couple of spaces available.
Your first step in the process for one to one coaching with me is to book a 90 minute Discovery and Strategy session. We will then meet and as part of that session explore your options going forward, so you can determine whether one to one coaching would be right for you at this time. Please be sure to put “Discovery and Strategy” in the subject line.
If you are a past client wanting to book a Strengths Refresher, then please continue to contact me below to check my availability. Other options available; an ADHD coaching group, details to be announced. Numbers will be limited to 8 for this group, so please let me know if you are interested.
In October I will be holding a weekly accountability group for those who have projects in hand that they wish to make progress on with the support of others. Sessions will be one hour a week on Zoom. Details to follow soon.
If you are a student going to start or rejoin a University course this autumn, there will be a new group running termly to support those who have or suspect they may have ADHD or co-ocurring conditions. Please contact me to find out more or return to this site soon for registration.
