This 7 week coaching group will cover some of the most common difficulties people experience as a result of having ADHD.

You will be in the company of those who understand and get you. 

Your facilitators and coaches for this group are ADHD Coach Anna Schlapp, AACC, ACC., and ADHD Coach Melissa Warren. We have a lifetime’s experience of having ADHD ourselves, as well as 16 combined years of ADHD coaching experience to bring.

 Focus and Distractibility – What helps?.

ADHD Strengths and the positive sides of ADHD.

Time Management – time blindness – perception of time and time estimation.

Self-care for ADHD – foundational self-care practices – minimising symptoms and traits.

Emotional Self-regulation – what is it and what can we do?

Planning and Organising – getting yourself organised and keeping yourself on track.

Bonus week – create your personalised blueprint for moving forward with all you have learned.

Or do you have sensory sensitivities which may be interfering with your enjoyment of life?


Maybe you can’t stand certain smells or sounds, or bright lights really bother you? Or do certain levels of temperature gets to you, or itchy clothes? Or maybe you get exhausted by too much “busy”.


Are you more sensitive to the emotions of other people, or feel the “mood” when you walk into a room?  You may have noticed for a long time how you react differently to others, and maybe questioned yourself. Why am I this way? What’s going on?

I have come across so many people who experience strong emotions, and have received negative reactions from others in the past. Perhaps you are one of them. Maybe now you are afraid to show what you are feeling for fear of upsetting or shocking someone who doesn’t understand you. You’re not alone.

Emotional sensitivity and difficulties with emotional self-regulation often go hand in hand. If you want to find out more about self-regulation and how to achieve it then this group will be useful to you.

If you feel your traits or symptoms are holding you back from living life as fully as you’d like, or you’re feeling isolated and alone in a place where no-one else seems to understand, please come and join us and find friends and community in a group of like-minded people.

Now there is somewhere you can meet others with ADHD/ASD who also have these traits of high sensitivity, and this opportunity to come together and share and learn in our new coaching and discussion group – Being Highly Sensitive with ADHD/ASD.

This group runs over a period of 6 consecutive weeks. We will have a combination of group discussions and master classes.
